The Role
As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will:
1. Deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential KS5 opportunities depending on your specialism).
2. Follow pre-planned lessons and schemes of work where provided.
3. Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management.
4. Adapt confidently to different school settings across the trust.
5. Support students in achieving their academic potential.
We have opportunities for both day-to-day cover and longer-term placements.
About You
We are looking for candidates who:
6. Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
7. Have recent experience teaching in UK secondary schools.
8. Are confident teaching within their subject specialism or providing general cover.
9. Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills.
10. Are flexible, professional, and committed to delivering engaging lessons.
