Trilogy is Hereford's biggest and busiest nightclub, with three rooms, huge DJs, and the best party vibes in town. We're looking for experienced, confident Bar Supervisors to help lead our bar teams on busy nights and keep the drinks flowing smoothly.

What You'll Do:
* Run the bar during shifts – keeping service quick, smooth, and on point.
* Support and motivate bar staff to deliver great customer service.
* Make sure drinks look and taste amazing every time.
* Handle cashing up, stock control, and paperwork when needed.
* Jump on the bar when it's busy – we need hands-on leaders
* Work closely with management to hit targets and keep standards high.
* Be a positive role model for the team – lead by example.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience supervising or running a bar in a busy venue (nightclub/bar experience preferred).
* Strong communication and leadership skills – you can get the team fired up.
* Organised and cool under pressure – you know how to keep things moving.
* Good knowledge of drinks service and basic cocktail skills.
* Reliable, professional, and ready to get stuck in.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
