Customer Service Analyst (Temporary Contract 612 Months), Basildon, Essex, Hybrid Working

We are looking for a Customer Service Analyst / Business Administrator to work in busy head office environment on an initial temporary 612 month contract (equivalent to approx £35,000 per annum).

This role is ideal for a highly organised individual who enjoys working with data, reporting, and business administration. You will support a cross functional team by analysing business performance information, producing reports, and providing valuable insights to help drive operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse customer service and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Produce regular reports and management information using Excel.
• Maintain and update reporting tools, dashboards, and databases.
• Support the Customer Service team with administrative and analytical activities.
