An opportunity for an experienced QA leader to drive best practice, lead high-performing teams, and shape quality engineering across data-focused Agile squads.



Key Responsibilities

* Lead, mentor, and line manage QA engineers, supporting career development and performance
* Define and implement QA strategy, standards, and best practices across squads
* Provide technical leadership across test automation, ETL, and microservices testing
* Champion shift-left, test-first, and risk-based testing approaches
* Design and oversee scalable test automation frameworks and coding standards
* Support Agile delivery, including backlog refinement and continuous improvement
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes
* Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory standards
