Banking Branch Manager
Location: Poulton-le-Fylde (with occasional travel to Barrow-in-Furness)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
Monday to Friday - 8:45am - 5pm - Occasional work on weekends
Outsource UK are recruiting aBranch Manager to lead a customer-focused branch team and support the delivery of an ambitious Direct Distribution Strategy.
This is a key leadership role for an experienced branch professional who is passionate about delivering excellent customer outcomes, driving business growth, and building strong community partnerships. You will ensure the branch is a visible and trusted hub within the local area, while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, operational risk management, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify, assess, monitor and mitigate risks in line with the organisation's risk framework and regulatory expectations
2. Ensure all activities are carried out in line with policies, processes, conduct rules and regulatory guidelines
3. Drive performance against agreed objectives and support the delivery of annual business goals
4. Ensure branch manager controls are completed in line with the Control Manual
