We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team for the full academic year.
The Role
As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support the class teacher in creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Work with individuals and small groups to help pupils achieve their full potential.
Assist with classroom organisation, resources, and activities to support learning.
Provide pastoral care and encouragement to ensure children feel safe, happy, and motivated.
Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold our values and ethos.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience of working with primary aged children.
Is passionate about supporting children’s learning, progress, and well-being.
Demonstrates patience, creativity, and a positive, proactive approach.
Can work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with staff, pupils, and parents.
Is committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
