The Opportunity
Join a growing and well-respected concrete pumping business where you’ll take ownership of key accounts, develop new business, and play a direct role in driving revenue across major construction projects.
This is not a desk-based account management role. You’ll be out building relationships with contractors, winning work, and becoming a trusted partner on-site.

You’ll work closely with operations, drivers, and the wider team to deliver a seamless service to customers -we don’t work in silos here.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts while actively developing new business opportunities across your territory.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage and develop relationships with contractors, groundworkers, and construction clients
* Identify and win new business opportunities within your region
* Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms
* Attend site visits and client meetings
* Work closely with operations to ensure smooth delivery of jobs
* Maintain CRM records and manage your sales pipeline
* Act as the key point of contact for your customers
👤 About You
We’re looking for someone commercially driven, relationship-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
You’ll likely have experience in:
* Construction sales / plant hire / concrete / aggregates / builders’ merchants
* Account management or business development
* Working with contractors, civils, or RC frame companies
You’ll also be:
* A strong communicator and relationship builder
* Self-motivated with a high level of ownership
* Comfortable working independently and managing your own territory
* Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills
* Based within a commutable distance to High Wycombe
