Project Quantity Surveyor
Location : Derby based with a minimum of 4 days on site
Engagement : Ltd company outside IR35
Rate : depending on experience
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyorto join a main contractor who specialises in build, education and MOJ projects. This is a long-term contract, outside IR35, with the opportunity to move on to other upcoming projects.

Required for this Quantity Surveyor role:
1. Experience as a Quantity Surveyor
2. Experience on Education, Prisons and build
3. Able to travel to sites around the Derby Area
4. Available minimum of 4 days a week to be in the office/ on site
