Location: Runcorn – Office Based
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 + Commission
Hours: Full Time – Monday – Friday 8.45am – 4.45pm
We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to join a dynamic and driven team in Runcorn. The role will be very customer and client focused, managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving account growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Monitor and analyse account performance, providing regular updates and reports to clients and management.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to clients.
Collaborate with field business development team with research and prospecting potential leads.
Experience:
Proven experience as an Account Manager
Strong understanding of account management principles and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office
