Ideally, they will have strong knowledge of both Mechanical and Electrical disciplines. Furthermore, they will be excellent communicators, with the ability to operate at an extremely high level of client account management. Additionally, they will communicate effectively with members of their own teams, other departments within the company, sub-contractors and suppliers. This extremely competent leader will be able to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
