Position: Quality Inspector
Position: permanent
Working hours: Mon-Thurs 07:00 – 16:00 and 7:00 till midday on Fridays
Salary: £28000 during probation (post probation £30000)
Location: Wotton-under-Edge
We are now seeking to recruit a Quality Inspector to work for aerospace and automotive manufacturing business near Wotton-under-Edge. The appropriate quality inspector would be responsible for inspection mechanical sub-assemblies to technical engineering drawings as well as performing final inspection of finished products
Key Responsibilities of Quality Inspector
Inspection of parts/products to drawings and specifications
In-process and final inspection
Use of calibrated measuring equipment
Support calibration activities
Raise and manage concessions / non-conformances
Record inspection results accurately
Requirements of Quality Inspector
Ability to read engineering drawings
Good attention to detail
Familiarity with inspection and measurement tools
