Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies that align with organisational goals, leverage emerging trends, and set measurable KPIs for growth and engagement.
* Create and manage engaging, brand-aligned content across platforms in collaboration with teams, ensuring consistency through a strategic content calendar
* Analyze social media performance and competitor trends to deliver insights and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Engage and support online communities by managing customer interactions, building relationships, and acting as a bridge between audiences and the organisation
* Lead end-to-end social media campaigns—from planning and execution to performance evaluation—ensuring impact, efficiency, and brand growth.
* Safeguard brand reputation by monitoring online presence, managing risks, and positioning the organisation as a trusted industry leader.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £33,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
