We are looking for a dedicated Data Build & Stock System Analyst whose requirement will be to use their knowledge of the Tevalis Stock Module to resolve and assist in the resolution of queries, detailing the cause of any issue and the resolution process required. You will be responsible for supporting our clients in understanding their Stock and POS data via our Stock Support Desk (telephone & email). Additionally, you will perform pre-arrange Training Sessions on POS and Stock. This role is office based in Hessle, East Yorkshire. Role and responsibilities Auditing of a client’s stock system to identify problems that could arise in the future, alongside writing reviews for each client, providing solutions to these issues. To work alongside the Support, Projects and Development teams to ensure each aspect of Stock implementation and Stock support is provided. Liaising with the Support Team when issues within Stock are within their cover, liaising with Projects to ensure initial setup and configuration is based around the client’s needs. Being able to reconcile reporting to find discrepancies within data whilst using the Tevalis Stock Module, the Tevalis e-POS and Microsoft SQL to assist. This will consist of discrepancies in revenue, physical stock, movements of stock and cost of sales. Providing confident and assertive online meetings with a client. These meetings can either be scheduled by yourself, your line manager or a member of the Projects Department. These online meetings can be anything from a short 10-15 minute meeting to discuss an outstanding issue they are facing to a 1-2 hour meeting to educate the client on the Stock Module. Performing managed services for clients - this consists of performing any updates/requests that the client raises to the Stock Department within a set lead time. Being able to provide root cause analysis into issues provided by a client not only individually but also within a team. Performing Stock audits on existing client systems to help optimise stock accuracy. Training new and existing clients on how to use and configure the Stock module. Training new and existing clients on how to use and configure the EPOS and Centralised Manager modules. Performing data builds for new and existing client. This involves using raw data or PDF menus to build EPOS or Stock configuration data. Holding system configuration workshops with clients so that they better understand the configuration and use of POS and Stock. Working with a client or third-party Engineer to remotely installation of hardware into new and existing client sites. Performing on-site support of clients launching Tevalis POS for the first time. Recording time correctly in our Project Management Software. Required Skills, Experience & Personal Qualities Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong Customer Service skills. Good arithmetic.
