Join us as a Customer Service Specialist at the largest Independent Conveyancing and Property Services group in the UK.
THE JOB
This role is a pivotal position within the Customer Service Team in the Shared Services Department. You will liaise directly with clients, third parties, internal and external stakeholders, answering inbound calls, arranging appointments, and providing clear and accurate signposting to our clients. Where we are unable to help, you will leave clear and concise call logs with the required actions needed, whilst managing the caller's expectations. You will use our in-house case management systems, for which full training will be provided, to work with internal stakeholders ensuring all inbound calls are answered within the set SLAs and providing a personable and professional service. You will work to deliver the team KPIs in line with business requirements and adhere to company policies. The fast-paced environment requires you to adapt quickly to changes and support our internal stakeholders in service delivery.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
You will be proactive and driven, with a positive can-do attitude. You will inspire others with your passion for service delivery and communicate effectively with departments, clients, and third parties in a professional, clear, and concise manner.
Responsibilities include:
* Act as a subject matter expert when liaising with internal and external clients
* Work through your team's daily task list
* Understand the conveyancing process and communicate clear updates to callers
* Empathise with callers and signpost them to relevant departments
* Communicate professionally with clients and third parties, always adhering to GDPR
* Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders
* Assist the team in meeting company targets
* Perform general administrative duties to a high standard
* Support internal training for colleagues and partners
* Assist with escalations on complex queries
* Support the Team Manager with daily statistics
* Contribute to continuous improvement by highlighting areas for enhancement
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Must be within commuting distance of Leicester; we are based in Enderby.
Experience in customer service or a willingness to learn
Confident IT skills
