I'm seeking a detail-oriented research assistant to identify a curated list of relevant podcasts for potential future media appearances.
This is a research-only project. You will not be contacting or pitching any hosts.
Scope of Work
Please identify 30 currently active podcasts (English language only) that are a good thematic fit for the following topics:
-Leadership without "hustle & grind"
-Ethics in leadership
-Managing people with dignity and respect
-Philosophy of work / meaning of life
-The tension of being a private person yet having a highly public role
Shows focused solely on hustle culture, productivity hacks, or motivational business content are NOT a fit.
Audience size is not important — smaller or mid-size podcasts are welcome — but they must still be actively publishing (i.e., at least one new episode within the past 30 days).
Research Requirements
Use of AI tools for assistance is fine, but all results must be:
* Human-reviewed
* Independently verified
* Relevant to the subject matter
* Currently active
Strong Google research skills and familiarity with Boolean search operators are expected.
Directories such as Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Listen Notes, Podchaser, etc. may be used as starting points.
Deliverables
Please provide your findings in a spreadsheet that includes:
* Podcast Name
* Host Name(s)
* Podcast Website or Landing Page
* Apple Podcasts or Spotify Link
* Brief Description of Show (1–2 sentences)
* Date of Most Recent Episode
* Estimated Audience Focus (e.g., leadership, ethics, public service, workplace culture, etc.)
* Why This Show Is Potentially Relevant (1–2 sentences)
Happy to leave 5 star feedback for a job well done. There may also be similar research work of this flavor in the future for the right person.
