About The Role
In your role as a Full Time Home Administrator at HC-One, you’ll have one key quality that sets you apart: unparalleled kindness. Kindness will guide every aspect of your work in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care home. Everyone here understands that our Residents are people just like them, with their own stories to tell. Joining HC-One offers a wonderful opportunity to give back to these individuals.
As a Home Administrator, your responsibilities will include managing administrative systems and processes to support our Home Manager in effectively running services. This includes maintaining financial records, preparing reports, administering the Time & Attendance system, and processing payroll and HR information—all with Resident wellbeing as your priority.
We are looking for someone with an IT and Administration qualification, such as ECDL, and admin or secretarial support experience in a busy office. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, time management, and organisation are essential. Your positive energy and natural ability to connect with people are equally important. When communicating with Residents or colleagues, kindness and consideration are key.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know how to respond appropriately. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and undertake additional training as needed. You should also be able to seek advice and escalate concerns if necessary.
