Job Title: Office & Operations Coordinator
Location: Outskirts of Arundel
Salary: £28, - £30,
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm


Office Angels are delighted to be supporting our client, who is looking to onboard an Office & Operations Coordinator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding client service and operational excellence.




Key Responsibilities:



1. Coordinate and oversee the smooth delivery of multiple workstreams from start to finish.

2. Maintain clear oversight of ongoing schedules, documentation, and operational tasks.

3. Utilise workflow management tools to track progress and allocate responsibilities.

4. Build strong communication lines with clients, internal teams, and third-party contacts.

5. Ensure a high standard of service by effectively managing expectations and addressing queries.

6. Review technical and operational details to ensure service standards are met.

7. Support the efficient use of resources by managing team availability and avoiding conflicts.

8. Proactively identify challenges and implement practical solutions to maintain momentum.

9. Maintain accuracy and professionalism in all reporting and correspondence.
