We’re hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Extended School Year to support students in Dudley, MA during the summer session.
This opportunity offers a meaningful way to make an impact by working directly with students receiving ABA services in a school-based setting. If you’re seeking a short-term, part-time role with a supportive team this summer, this is a great fit.
Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Dates: July 7th through July 31st
Hours: 8:45 AM – 12:45 PM
Location: School-based setting in Dudley, MA
Caseload: Work directly with students receiving ABA services
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and behavior support to students.
Collaborate with supervising BCBA and school staff.
Track and document student progress and behaviors.
Support the implementation of behavior intervention plans.
Qualifications:
Active RBT certification required.
Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Reliable transportation.
