About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking7.5T Delivery Driversto support our clients in and around thePreston area. This role offersflexible, ad-hoc work, making it ideal for those looking to fit driving shifts around other commitments. Deliveries will vary depending on the clients requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate a 7.5T vehicle to complete deliveries in a timely manner
* Ensure all goods are transported securely and in good condition
* Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and customers
* Comply with all road safety regulations and company policies
* Complete necessary paperwork and logs accurately
* Maintain a professional and positive attitude
Requirements:
* Full UK Driving Licence (Category C1) with no more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
* Valid CPC Card
* Valid Digital Tachograph Card
* Previous delivery driving experience is desirable but not essential
* A strong work ethic, with a professional and responsible approach
* Punctual, reliable, and committed to meeting delivery deadlines
* Good customer service skills and a polite, friendly manner
* Honest and trustworthy
* Excellent timekeeping skills
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* Flexible ad-hoc shifts based on your availability each week
