Supporting the delivery of high-quality care in line with EYFS

Assisting with planning and leading fun, engaging activities

Supporting children’s development through play

Observing and recording progress

Working collaboratively within a friendly team

✔ Full and relevant Level 2 Early Years qualification
✔ A caring and reliable approach
✔ Good understanding of the EYFS framework (or willingness to develop knowledge)
✔ Strong teamwork and communication skills
