Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Electrician for maintenance work within domestic properties in Kingston-upon-Thames.
The Electrician will be a van-mobile operative, receiving a van, fuel card, and any specialist tools required.
Hours: 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
* Carry out electrical repairs and planned maintenance in occupied and void properties
* Undertake fault finding and ensure all work complies with current regulations
* Record all jobs and tasks using the PDA system
* Follow Health & Safety policies; use provided PPE
About you / Qualifications
* Experienced Electrician with proven domestic maintenance experience
* Recognised electrical qualifications (Level 3 and 18th Edition)
* Full UK Driving Licence
