An exciting development opportunity has arisen in the Patient Pathway Team. This team is responsible for providing a patient-focused support service by ensuring that the most current information on a patient is updated across all appropriate administration systems, thereby delivering a high-quality, efficient, and effective patient information system.
Essential requirements for this post include good organizational and communication skills, as well as IT skills. You will need to be flexible according to the needs of the service. Excellent interpersonal skills, a non-judgmental approach, and a sound understanding of confidentiality are also essential. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
