About Our Nursery
Crawley, rated Good by Ofsted, is a spacious nursery in a purpose-built, single-level building with dedicated children's rooms and an upstairs training room. With a capacity of 132 children, we collaborate with local schools and agencies to support individual children. Our nursery features a sensory room to enhance learning and provide a nurturing environment. It is conveniently located with good transport links and free staff parking.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and delivering educational activities promoting children's development.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Act as a Key Person, building partnerships with children and families.
* Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare
* Experience working with children under 5
* Empathy and understanding – every child is unique
* Strong communication and organizational skills
