Your Role: ✔ Provide compassionate, person-centred support tailored to individual needs ✔ Support children and young people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs ✔ Encourage independence, communication, and social development ✔ Use positive behaviour support approaches to manage and de-escalate behaviours ✔ Be a calm, consistent, and reliable presence when it matters most What We’re Looking For: Caring, resilient, and motivated individuals with a genuine passion for supporting young people Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs is desirable—but not essential (full training provided!)
