Eden Unit is a specialised Inpatient Service for the treatment of Patients with severe eating disorders.
It is a regional facility which takes referrals from Tayside, Grampian and Highland Health Boards as well as Orkney, Shetland and the Western Isles.
The Unit also incorporates a Day Program which is a transitional care facility for up to 4 patients, this aims to assist with the transition from Inpatient Service to Outpatient Services.
We are seeking a motivated Band 3 Clinical Support Worker to support the current nursing team in all aspects of the running of this highly specialised facility. This post is fixed term for 12 months and will involve shift work – both days and nights on a rotational basis.
Knowledge of patients with Mental Health issues and / or Eating Disorders would be required, however in-house training will also be provided.
