This opportunity requires you to take on a role where you will utilise a multitude of skills – sales, account management, advisory and customer service. It comes with a superb basic salary, a lucrative bonus, full training and on-going development with a view to you becoming a fully-fledged, qualified Insolvency Consultant.It’s a 9-5 role, office based, (S10) with free parking, and also comes with a fantastic benefits package for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate would have a working background in the industry, but it is not essential. Dependant on your experience and knowledge for the role, you will be provided tailored training to get you up to speed. Confident and focussed, you will be tasked with talking to business owners with empathy and clarity, ensuring they take the most positive route from their current position. The role would be ideal for a sales / customer focussed individual, ideally from a financial / insolvency background who would like to switch to a career-defining role.
The role has two main aspects:
1. Facilitating inbound consultations Carry out predominantly telephone-based consultations with company directors that have been booked into your calendar from lead generators – these leads will have a full fact find for you to prepare for your consultation.
2. Generating own consultations Grow and nurture a network of contacts from finance and accountant firms to generate opportunities to self-generate your own consultations.

Duties & responsibilities
· Deliver professional consultations to company directors.
· Promote the services of the organisation - various financial services including;
o Corporate insolvency
o Personal insolvency
o Financial services
· Logging details on a CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365), arranging call backs, creating a pipeline – ultimately creating opportunities and qualifying them into clients.
· Self-Generating leads & opportunities.
Qualities & skills
· Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Be self-motivated and able to work undistracted.
· Computer literate with experience in using Outlook, Excel and Word.
· Experience working with CRM systems would be helpful.
· Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
· Full drivers licence.
Experience
· Experience of working in insolvency or similar financial sector is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
· Successful experience of working within a B2B environment.
· Proven track record of achieving targets.
