Job Description
I'm currently working with a well-established, independent multidisciplinary consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join their growing team.This is a great opportunity to be part of a highly regarded business delivering innovative, sustainable design solutions across sectors including infrastructure, residential, commercial, education and regeneration.Salary & benefits:
* £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)

The role will involve:
* Leading geotechnical input across projects, from feasibility through to detailed design and construction
* Acting as the geotechnical lead on projects
* Managing project delivery, ensuring technical quality and commercial performance
* Supporting fee proposals and providing input to bids/tenders
* Producing clear, high-quality technical reports and designs
* Carrying out technical reviews and mentoring junior engineers
* Working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams
What they're looking for:
* Experience operating at Senior Engineer level within a consultancy environment
* Strong background in geotechnical design and analysis
* Ability to lead projects and contribute to bids and commercial discussions
* Experience reviewing and supporting the work of junior staff
* Chartered status (or very close to achieving it)
