We’re supporting a recognised name in the hospitality space as they expand their commercial support function. They’re on the hunt for a detail-driven Sales Support Administrator to keep operations slick, clients happy, and the sales team firing on all cylinders.
This role is the glue between sales, marketing, finance, and ops - ideal for someone who thrives on structure, loves clean data, and knows how to keep things moving behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Owning
* Sales Admin Excellence: Process orders, manage customer data, and support the sales team with speed and precision.
* Client Relationship Management: Handle inbound enquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain high service standards.
* CRM Confidence: Navigate systems like Salesforce or HubSpot to track, update, and report on sales activity.
* Data & Reporting: Keep records accurate and audit-ready for performance reviews and operational decisions.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, finance, and ops to support campaigns and onboard new clients.
* Invoice & Payment Support: Tackle billing queries and ensure timely resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
* Compliance Awareness: Align with ISO standards (27001, 22301) and ensure processes meet regulatory expectations.
What You Bring
* Proven experience in sales administration or commercial support.
* Strong CRM skills and a love for clean, accurate data.
* Confidence juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders.
* A proactive mindset with a knack for spotting and solving issues early.
* Familiarity with compliance frameworks and a detail-first approach.
