Relief Support Workers, Support Workers & Senior Support Workers | Short Breaks Service Please note below the nature and pattern of this role: Wheatfield Short Break Service is for short breaks (respite as family and Trust refer to). This role will include 24 hour cover daily, waking night shifts, day shifts (apart from when people we support are at day centre or school), weekends, designated holidays and weekdays.
