Job summary: We are seeking an experienced senior theatre radiographer to join us as the Theatre Superintendent at the John Radcliffe Hospital.
Main duties of the job: Applications are welcomed from motivated and enthusiastic senior radiographers, current Superintendents and the like who are committed about developing and improving upon the established safe, high quality, patient care environment that exists.
Previous experience deputising for superintendents and evidenced departmental leadership is highly desirable. The wider theatre service is 24/7 and is covered by on-site staff throughout the 24/7 period, consequently the typical shifts for the Theatre Superintendent range between 08:00 - 20:00.
The Theatre Superintendent will also be responsible for developing and maintaining the quality within the theatre radiographers and ensuring resilience amongst the radiographer component of the team.
