Were looking for an exceptional General Manager to take full ownership of a beautifully refurbished, lifestyle:led retail destination. If youre commercially savvy, love developing teams, and thrive on blending retail, F and B, and experiences, this is the role for you.
About the Role
Youll be running a stunning site with a strong management team of four. From seasonal rollouts to merchandising, from maximising F and B performance to leading a team of 60, this role is truly multi:faceted.
Youll have full P and L accountability, reporting directly into the Operations Director, and the freedom to make the site your own. With a plan in place, your expertise and commercial flair will be key in mastering it for your site.
What Youll Do
* Lead and inspire a talented team, coaching and developing them to achieve their potential
* Deliver outstanding commercial results : from retail to F and B
* Drive seasonal visual merchandising and implementation
* Ensure exceptional customer experiences, both in:store and in the restaurant
* Oversee operational standards, stock control, health and safety, and all compliance
* Collaborate with central teams on marketing, strategy, and investment opportunities
Who Were Looking For
* Strong retail experience : previous retail knowledge is essential
* Proven commercial acumen : you understand a P and L inside out
* A people person : passionate about developing and motivating your team
* Energetic, hands:on, and able to lead by example
* Creative eye for merchandising and seasonal presentation
* Experience in F and B management within a retail environment is highly desirable
