Programme Manager Enterprise Infrastructure (CTO) £600£650 per day (inside IR35) Birmingham / Sheffield (Hybrid 3 days onsite) 6-month initial contract (strong extension potential) We are currently looking to onboard an experienced Programme Manager to join the Chief Technology Office (CTO) of a leading global bank, supporting a portfolio of high-profile Enterprise Infrastructure change initiatives. Please note: This role requires candidates to be currently based within a commutable distance of either Birmingham or Sheffield and able to attend site 3 days per week. We will be unable to consider any candidates not already located within a commutable distance. This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role where you will be responsible for driving multiple concurrent infrastructure projects across a complex, large-scale environment. Key Responsibilities Lead delivery across a portfolio of enterprise infrastructure projects within the CTO function Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring delivery to scope, timelines, budget and risk Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including executive-level audiences Ensure robust programme governance, including oversight of risks, dependencies and financial performance Work closely with engineering, architecture and third-party vendors Manage interdependencies across wider programmes and strategic initiatives Operate in a hands-on capacity where required, including planning and reporting Essential Requirements (Please only apply if you meet all of the below) Proven experience operating at Programme Manager level within large-scale organisations Recent banking or financial services experience (essential) Demonstrated experience delivering technology or enterprise infrastructure change Strong track record managing multiple concurrent projects/workstreams Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging at senior/executive level Strong governance, financial management and delivery control experience Currently located within commutable distance of Birmingham or Sheffield and able to work onsite 3 days per week
