Your Mission As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer experience through digital channels. You will optimize marketing campaigns, manage our digital assets, and collaborate with a diverse, international team to achieve ambitious commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize our portfolio of digital content assets across responsive websites and mobile apps to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, reduce operating costs, and ensure top-tier site performance. Collaborate with IT teams to define and prioritize CMS and SEO requirements within the product roadmap, ensuring platform optimization. Lead the SEO strategy for Avis & Budget across international markets, focusing on revenue growth through organic search channels. Coordinate multiple agency partners to deliver effective organic search programs across markets, ensuring SEO best practices are followed and measurable results are achieved. Support the central translation, localization, and international keyword optimization processes to drive commercial success. Oversee the evolution of Google My Business/local listings content, managing agencies and in-house teams to optimize proximity search and local SEO. Implement campaigns for the Avis Preferred loyalty program and other product promotions. Develop and maintain online content for corporate and licensee sites, including fleet, locations, brands, products, and promotions. Key Requirements Solid understanding of CMS technologies and digital content management. Strong knowledge of SEO, including planning, briefing, and managing content to support SEO objectives. Demonstrated ability to design and implement multi-market digital processes in complex environments. Fluent in English and German Native Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in digital marketing. Experience in travel or automotive sectors is a strong advantage.
