🚀 Reporting Analyst – Power BI | UK BASED

I'm excited to be partnering with a global manufacturing client on a fantastic opportunity for a Reporting Analyst to join their high-impact IT Business Solutions team. If you’re passionate about data, love building clean, smart dashboards in Power BI, and want your work to make a real difference across multiple countries—this could be the perfect next step!

This is not your average reporting role. You'll play a key part in supporting business performance across the UK & Nordics —translating complex data into meaningful insights that help shape strategic decisions. It’s hands-on, collaborative, and full of opportunities to grow!

🎯 🎯 🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

-Designing and owning Power BI dashboards that bring clarity to business performance

-Extracting, transforming & analyzing data from tools like SQL, Azure Data Lake, Excel, APIs

-Partnering with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver clear, actionable insights

-Automating recurring reports and ensuring data accuracy and consistency

-Playing a key role in ongoing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) transformation projects

-Producing ad-hoc analysis and supporting business decisions

-Documenting and sharing knowledge through guides, training, and collaboration

🔍What We’re Looking For:

-Proven expertise in Power BI (reporting, data modelling, DAX)

-Strong skills in SQL and comfort working with large, complex datasets

-Experience with ETL, data warehousing, and cloud data sources (Azure, APIs, Excel, etc.)

-A natural communicator who can turn data into stories and strategy

-Confident working independently but thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment

-Detail-oriented, business curious, and eager to drive real business impact

-Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM is a bonus, but not essential

-Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic European environment
