This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a successful Digital Services team in an ambitious Council that is always striving to move forward. Our Digital Services team has started transforming the way we deliver services to residents and staff through service excellence and digital transformation across the council.

We are looking for a Senior Administration Support Officer to support the implementation of a large-scale and highly critical project within our digital portfolio. As a Senior Administration Support Officer, you will:

1. Deliver high-quality business support services including meetings, reporting, and project administration.
2. Own and improve support processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
3. Coach colleagues and champion smarter, automated ways of working.
4. Collaborate across teams to provide a proactive, customer-focused service.

Essential skills and qualifications include:

* Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience in business/project environments.
* A commitment to continuous improvement and excellent customer service.

Desirable qualifications:

* Business admin qualification or ICT technical experience.
