Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm, Saturday on rota 1 in 3
Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 per annum plus bonus up to £3,300

Here at Charles Hurst Newtownabbey Nissan, ahead of a successful year, we have a brand new role available and are on the hunt for a Parts Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our friendly and professional team and be integral to the smooth running of our Charles Hurst parts department.
Working alongside a team of experienced parts advisors, you will build relationships and manage our customers' expectations. As a Parts Advisor, you will ensure that all customers in retail and workshop areas are dealt with quickly and efficiently and that all orders are processed on the same day. You will be required to complete all administrative functions accurately and in a timely manner and log any stock discrepancies with the Parts Manager.
* Assist the Parts department with daily duties
* Complete vehicle health checks for the workshop
* Ensure all items are correctly located and stock is controlled
* Receive orders & ensure returns are up to date
* Answer calls from customers
* Provide excellent customer care
You should have previous experience in a similar role, possess excellent communication skills, and have practical knowledge of computer systems. It is important that you can work as part of a team as well as independently.
You will be a people person with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
