Used Car Operations Coordinator
Location: Drift Bridge Audi / Drift Bridge Skoda
Hours: Monday‑Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm

About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Used Car Operations Coordinator to join our growing automotive team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be responsible for managing the preparation, marketing, and administration of our used vehicle stock; ensuring every car is presented to the highest standard and ready for sale.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate vehicle photography and online advertising.
* Liaise with sellers following vehicle purchases (including Motorway/Carwow acquisitions).
* Organise vehicle preparation, mechanical checks, and valeting prior to listing; arrange rectification of any cosmetic or mechanical issues.
* Maintain and update vehicle stock records and spreadsheets.
* Support the wider team with administrative and organisational tasks.
* Ensure vehicles are accurately described, well‑presented, and compliant with company standards.
About You
* Experience within the automotive industry (used car sales, operations, or administration preferred).
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
* Confident using spreadsheets and digital advertising platforms.
* Attention to detail with a proactive, can‑do attitude.

Founded in 1936 by the Frost family, Drift Bridge Group has grown from a single Epsom‑based showroom into a multi‑franchise, family‑run dealer group. Alongside sales, we provide full after‑sales support and operate TPS branches in Chessington, Croydon and Guildford.
