Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Use sales, business development, and marketing techniques to attract new business and strengthen existing relationships. Candidate Attraction & Selection Write engaging job adverts, network, headhunt, and use social media to attract candidates. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong alignment with client requirements.
