The Role
You will be working within a busy administration team as a Purchasing Administrator at a location based in Telford. This exciting and varied role involves raising purchase orders, verifying supplier information, ensuring accurate pricing and discounts, and managing delivery dates. You will work with suppliers to obtain quotes, check lead times for materials, and build strong relationships within the supply chain.
The Person
We are seeking a good communicator with strong administration skills who is organized and IT literate. Knowledge of financial accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage 50 is preferred but not essential if you can demonstrate IT literacy, extensive admin experience, and supplier liaison skills. Suitable previous roles include Administrator, Sales Support Administrator, Supply Chain Coordinator, or Accounts Payable Assistant.
