About Us

At Mercedes-Benz Cars, we’re passionate about what we do. Whether we’re exploring ways to make motoring more sustainable, or pushing the boundaries of technology, innovation underpins everything we do.

We’re ambitious, future-focused and committed to shaping the future of electric mobility with digital solutions that deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

Our culture is built on inclusivity, respect and equal opportunities. We recognise that our diverse backgrounds, beliefs and experiences shape who we are, what we do and how we do it.

It’s an exciting time to join us, why not be part of the journey?

How you’ll play your part

We’re looking for someone highly self-motivated and enthusiastic who has experience in supporting senior leaders and brings a strong commercial focus with a passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes. In this role you’ll deliver a first-class service to the Group General Counsel, Product, Planning & Training Director and Digital & Communications Director by providing high-level administrative, organisational, and co-ordination support to multiple Directors, ensuring efficient management of executive schedules, communication, projects and departmental activities whilst maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

What you’ll do

* Manage high-volume inboxes and complex diaries, prioritising key actions, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless communication across multiple Directors
* Proactively prepare senior leaders for meetings and events, providing timely, high-quality documentation and ensuring they are fully briefed and organised
* Coordinate end-to-end travel and logistics, including transport, accommodation, hospitality, and detailed itineraries
* Support operational and people processes, including expense management, budgets, onboarding, and HR activities (starters, leavers, transfers)
* Deliver seamless day-to-day operations by organising team activities, managing office support, coordinating visitors, and supporting events from planning through to delivery
* Lead end-to-end coordination of meetings and events, from scheduling and agendas to high-quality materials and accurate minutes
* Support Directors in tracking projects and initiatives, monitoring timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to keep everything on track

What makes this role exciting

This role puts you at the heart of the business working closely with senior leaders, shaping how work gets done, and having real visibility and impact across key projects, people, and events.

What you’ll bring

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional approach
* Confident interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levels
* Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver with precision
* Flexible and adaptable, ready to respond to changing demands
* Calm under pressure, consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
* Trusted to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality and discretion
* Confident user of digital tools with strong overall computer literacy
* Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook

At Mercedes-Benz, we operate with integrity and therefore you are required to maintain ethical standards in accordance with our policies and adhere to the Company's Compliance Guidelines and Policies including Anti-Bribery and all relevant competition law.

What’s in it for you

As well as the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, with a great team and culture, we’ll offer you a competitive salary and discretionary bonus structure. We also hope you’ll love our products as much as we do, with access to our colleague car schemes. On top of that, you’ll be able to join our pension scheme and you’ll get a flexible benefit pot that can be used to find the benefits that are right for you. We are pleased to be able to offer a hybrid working approach – achieving a great balance between remote and office working.

We’re here to support you – we offer access to colleague wellbeing resources, including an Employee Assistance Programme and Mental health First Aiders, as well as flexible opportunities to support work life balance. We’ll also encourage your development, with the training and knowledge you need to reach your potential.
