Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity to build a long‑term career in financial planning. As a Paraplanner, you will work closely with our team of Financial Advisers to support the delivery of high quality advice to clients. The role is varied and will include the following:
 * Preparing for and attending client meetings with advisers.
 * Taking detailed meeting notes and carrying out follow‑up actions.
 * Research and analysis of clients existing pensions, savings, and investments.
 * Drafting clear, comprehensive recommendation reports.
 * Preparing client cashflow forecasts using leading financial planning software.
 * Undertaking technical research and completing tax, pension and other calculations.
 * Liaising with clients and the administration team to ensure smooth delivery of ongoing work.
About You
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and demonstrate a broad range of skills. We welcome graduates from all disciplines; a background in business or finance is not a requirement. You should be able to demonstrate:
 * Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce professional reports.
 * Confident and clear communication with clients and colleagues.
 * Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
 * Good level of basic numeracy.
 * Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
 * A willingness to learn quickly and work towards professional qualifications.
 * The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
