The Sales Manager is responsible for developing sales strategies, coaching team members, and ensuring the successful execution of sales plans. You will be responsible for selling Worldpay’s solutions that will help revolutionize the way our customers operate in this ever-changing world. What you’ll own Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching. Foster a high-performance, goal-oriented team culture. Build and maintain strong relationships with key colleagues and stakeholders. Oversee the resolution of customer issues and ensure satisfaction. Track team performance against KPIs and sales targets. Prepare regular sales reports and present insights to senior management. Use CRM tools to manage pipelines and monitor sales activities. Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts. Provide feedback on customer needs and market demands. Ensure clear communication of goals, expectations, and updates.
