This specialist secondary provision supports young people aged 10 to 16 with SEMH needs, including anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional regulation difficulties, attachment needs and behavioural challenges.

We are looking for a committed Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join the team full-time. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to create a safe, consistent and positive learning environment where students can succeed—both emotionally and academically.
Key Responsibilities
* Support students with SEMH needs in 1:1 and small-group settings
* Promote positive behaviour strategies and emotional regulation techniques
* Build strong, trusting relationships with students
* Assist with academic tasks, practical learning and outdoor activities

Essential Experience
* A minimum of 6 months childcare or youth work experience, ideally with SEN or SEMH needs
