Our client is seeking Area Sales Manager to join to their ever-growing Southern Region. You will be joining a company who are a successful HVAC company that own 3 different manufacturers and operates across 65 countries and has been in operation over 100 years. The role of an Area Sales Manager involves managing a designated territory covering the East Coast (East Anglia, Essex and Parts of Kent) to achieve business objectives, including account management, order targets, margin management, and customer retention. You will maintain a project pipeline through Quotation Management Software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date forecasts for review. Additionally, you will contribute to the strategic development of the Applications team by promoting HVAC equipment with a product range including: AHU, FCU, Chillers and CCU and service offerings to expand market presence and share. The position also requires aligning with the company's vision and strategic goals to support profitable growth. You will provide feedback to factories on their performance and business needs, ensuring continuous improvement.
