Join Westfalia Fruit as a Junior People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner at Kings Hill, UK, and contribute to our inclusive workplace culture. You'll partner with leaders to support the full employee lifecycle and deliver impactful HR solutions aligned with global strategies. Responsibilities include:
1. Act as a trusted partner and advisor to managers and senior stakeholders, providing legally compliant HR guidance.
2. Coach senior leaders on employee relations, performance management, change initiatives, and team development.
3. Support onboarding to exit processes, fostering an inclusive, people-first culture.
4. Collaborate with Learning & Development and site leadership to address capability gaps and implement learning solutions.
5. Lead or support HR projects, including wellbeing, DEIB initiatives, and policy improvements.
6. Assist in the full recruitment cycle with Talent Acquisition, from job descriptions to exit feedback.
7. Advise on compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking and pay reviews.
8. Support organizational design focusing on diversity, skills, and capability development.
9. Analyze workforce data to improve engagement and belonging initiatives.
10. Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in compliance with employment laws.
11. Stay updated on HR and employment law developments, providing insights to the team.
Requirements include previous experience as a Senior HR Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner, strong UK employment law knowledge, and experience managing complex ER cases. You should be capable of coaching managers, supporting HR initiatives, and designing HR training sessions. Experience in FMCG, food production, or manufacturing is desirable but not essential.
