Retail Support Security Officer – Tesco Partnership
Locations: Lincoln, Lincoln High Street, Brayford, St Marks (own transport required)
Shifts: Early: 07:00–15:00 / Late: 15:00–00:00 (Flexibility for both is essential – relief officer role)
Hours: 35 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days
Pay: £13.47 per hour

Role Responsibilities
- Store patrols — monitoring premises, customers, and staff to ensure safety
- Visible deterrence — providing a strong, reassuring presence in-store
- Incident reporting — recording observations, occurrences, and surveillance activity
- Team collaboration — working closely with colleagues to meet store and customer needs
- Conflict management — handling difficult situations calmly and professionally
This is a relief officer role, so flexibility to work weekends, early shifts, and late shifts is required.
About You
We are looking for someone who is professional, confident, and committed to delivering excellent service. You will need:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A professional approach with strong judgement and attention to detail
- A valid SIA Licence
- A full five‑year checkable employment history
- Your own transport (multi‑site role)
- Previous security experience is desirable but not essential
