The Role
The Marketing team at Greater Anglia are looking for a proactive and talented individual to join our team as a brand manager.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guard and safeguard the Greater Anglia and Stansted Express brands across all touchpoints.
2. Support the Marketing department by producing all compliance materials at stations (timetables, engineering notices, and safety collateral).
3. Provide brand support and guidance to cross-functional teams across GA; efficiently manage internal and external design resources.
4. Collaborate with strategic brand partners on joint activities to achieve shared objectives; manage station display and merchandising to align with marketing and customer experience goals.
5. Manage the supply chain for these activities, including design, print, and distribution agencies.
6. Organise and coordinate all teams on brand issues, including signage, labelling, and point-of-sale materials.
7. Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure activities reflect GA’s brand and tone of voice and support GA’s brand and revenue objectives.
8. Measure and report GA brand activity regularly and use insights to continuously improve performance

9. Have a friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively and interpersonal skills.
10. Adept at managing suppliers and budgets with the ability to work collaboratively with others
11. Are calm under pressure, able to think on their feet, and able to handle various situations
12. Possess a “can-do” attitude and enjoy working as part of a team
