Overview
As an IASS Adviser, you will empower children and young people (0–25) with SEND and their parents and carers, helping them understand their rights in education, health and social care. You will be part of a small, welcoming, values driven team that works independently while collaborating with schools, local authorities, health and voluntary organisations.

Contract Details
This is a 12-month fixed term contract until June 2027 for 15 to 22.5 hours per week (worked over 2–4 days depending on hours worked). The post holder will be based at our Shrewsbury office – with opportunity for flexible working following completion of training/induction. Must also be willing to work flexibly around the county if required.
Qualifications & Requirements
* IPSEA qualified (IPSEA training will be provided)
* DB Check required
* Willingness to work flexibly around the county
