Army Reserve, 398 Transport Squadron (part of 157 (Welsh) Regiment Royal Logistic Corps) are recruiting now.
This works well while also in full time employment or further education.
Vacancies in Queensferry, Flintshire North Wales with travel costs covered. Training nights occur on a Wednesday evening between and weekends throughout the year.
We will pay you to complete your Army Reserve Soldier Chef training. Once completed you will provide healthy food for soldiers at home and overseas. You will cater for all ranks, producing tasty meals in static kitchens or on the move in the field. You will also learn about administration, finance and food storage. It is an excellent opportunity to develop and improve your transferable skill set which will benefit you in future employment.
Essential Criteria:
* Be able to commit to a minimum of 27 days per year (More days are available).

Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals under the guidance of senior chefs.
* Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and work areas.
* Help with inventory management and stock rotation in the kitchen.
* Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
* Participate in heavy lifting and transportation of supplies as needed.
* Drive delivery vehicles to transport ingredients and supplies to designated locations.

Pay: £63.27-£91.80 per day
