Your responsibility will be to assist with the day-to-day operation of the bar, liaising with senior management and team members to ensure the highest level of customer service and consistently exceed guest expectations.

What You Need:
* Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or Head Bartender in a fast-paced, luxury venue
* Excellent knowledge of mixology, wines, and spirits
* Attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional standards
* Ability to motivate and lead a team through training
* Excellent personal presentation
* Resilience and drive to get things right first time
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage daily bar operations and floor service
* Conduct training sessions on service standards and product knowledge
* Complete shift handover reports
* Cash up at the end of shifts
* Monitor sales and upselling standards
* Maintain good knowledge of the bar menu and wine list
* Assist the Bar Manager with stock takes and ordering
